Eco-Loop Challenge: 15-Week Mission

What is a Closed-Loop System?

A closed-loop system is a process where waste from one part of the cycle becomes the input for another. Earth is a natural closed-loop system where water, carbon, and nutrients are endlessly recycled. We can mimic this by building a sealed bottle biosphere as a miniature "Silent Professor." Once understood, we can scale this concept up to school grounds, turning food waste and rainwater into garden nutrients.
